Refund policy

• Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened pet consumables (treats, food) cannot be returned unless defective.
